Hi my name is Hazel. I have been using a product (lip liner) called BEAUTE, manufactured by COZMETEK INTERNATIONAL.I was so disapointed when i couldnt find any at the Click stores i decided to contact the manufacturer. I googled them and found an email address to Robbie (my saviour). I emailed him on the 31-01-13 at 4:25 pm telling how much I love his product and the truth is i have used many Lip Liners before and was never ever so satisfied with any as i was with the Beaute "burgundy" Lip Liner. I explained to him how it made my lips so soft and lucious and kept it moist and lastered all day and made my lips look fuller and it lighed my lip color (made it pink). I was so amazed when i recieved a reply from him at 4:39pm the very same day. That is what you call GREAT SERVICE but it only got better. He advised me that he was going to help me and he did. They managed to find one for me and gave it to me at NO cost at all. His lovely lady Tanya has also comunicated with me helpling me to find the place and being so kind to me via emails. I am Truely shocked at how they took my situation to heart and took the time from their busy day to help me and by truely going Extra Mile for me. THANK YOU!
