WHERE DO I START WITH THIS BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!

My husband and I recently traveled to the USA. His company purchased his ticket to the US and I met him when he had completed his work. Once there we traveled for a week and booked our internal flights on his discovery credit card. The reason why we did this is because as per Discovery Health website states- we would get automatic travel insurance through oojah. So when our flight got delayed in Las Vegas & we had to be rerouted in order to make our connecting international flights, we doubled checked oojahs website and were assured the travel claim will be paid. We even tried calling their "24 hour help desk" & had no response. Now that we are back and have submitted the claim, we are being pointed to the fine print, that you need to download off the t's & c's, which has an added criteria that suddenly the traveler should be aware of.
NO WHERE does it say the original international flight needs to be also purchased on this card for you to access the travel benefit. 5 criteria's were listed (Nowhere does it say continue to read terms and conditions to ensure you ACTUALLY can get the benefit). I'm so tired of insurance companies ripping customers off!!! Oojah is ONE OF THEM!
