Default in my name from FNB

I have spent half the day on the phone with staff that can not help me... there is a default on my name for R1224.00 from fnb, i have called about 9 different numbers spoke to about 15 different people, As far as i am awear i have paid every last cent owing to fnb last year 2012. according to the 15 people i spoke to they all say there is no outstanding monies against my name at FNB but as soon I ask for a letter stating that i owe nothing then i get put through to the next person PLEASE can some one HELP ME, if i still owe you money let me know so that i can pay it and If not PLEASE give me a paid up letter, I need this by Thursday next week.
