I was phoned by a rude man today, the second time from Sterling Debt recoveries, threatening to take legal action against me for not paying off my Standard Bank Credit Card. The only problem is, Iv made arrangements to pay off a settlement amount, and settled this account last year September or October. I have the FNB EFT statement to prove my case. This I tried to explain to the caller who refused to give me his name. He only had time to threaten me and put the phone down in my ear. This upsets me so much, because I am waiting for months now for this company to send me my settlement letter.
