On the 25 Feb I logged a third party claim (2300028) with all required documents asking Absa Brokers to acknowledge receipt.
Having heard nothing I sent a follow up email on 11 Mar requesting feedback. Once again, no response.
I then called tthe call centre on 18 Mar and was told that the agent dealing with the case was on a call and would call me back. I left my contact details and have, once again, had no response.
This is very poor service - in the interim I have no vehicle and the vehicle is amassing storage fees.
