3 weeks ago documents were submitted to MF to do repairs on a damaged vehicle that one of their clients caused. The whole claim process has been an absolute disaster. The people assigned to the claim never respond nor return emails. When I finally got hold of the lady yesterday, I was advised, "I have taken ownership of your claim and will get back to you"... really, taken ownership 3 weeks after the documents were submitted.. what a disgrace!!! Margaret Mathebula and Mark Kruger, you have really let your company down. This has been escalated to their Executive, Merinda Kamfer. I now wait and see how much longer this will take.
