BAD SERVICE AND NO REGARD FOR CLIENTS

I am absolutely appalled by the service of creditworx employees. I have been contacting creditworx now for the past 3-4 months regarding a default listing that has been posted to my ITC record.
Firstly, I did not receive a letter in writing that the default would be loaded. Secondly, There has been not one, but TWO defaults loaded on my ITC, why on earth would you create a duplicate listing?
Thirdly, I have tried to contact Creditworx with regards to removing this listing and receiving no call back or emails after I was told numerous times that someone would contact me as well as send me a confirmation letter to say the debt has been paid up in full. I last spoke to a guy on Friday 26/07/2013 named Moeketsi who advised me that he had put a request through to Head Office in Cape Town to send me a confirmation letter by NO LATEST than Monday 29/07/2013. Well what do you know... STILL NO CONFIRMATION LETTER after four attempts at requesting one to be sent! Moeketsi also informed me that the duplicate listing was removed from my ITC, even though I advised him that I was looking at a recent ITC check while on the phone that still showed this listing. Absolutely furious!
