On saturday I called in to get my line reactivated after a debit order went off my bank account. I spoke to a consultant who told me that the payment does not reflect and I shud call back after 48hours, I failed to understand this coz a debit order was directly taken off. I then spoke to her teamleader who was quite rude and wudnt careless. I called back on the 29th and spoke to Moeketsi Maloka who not only gave me good service but resolved my query within an hour.
Moeketsi is an asset to heita and he can his fellow collegues a lot when it comes to customer service. I hope he is recognised for his worth.
