The poorest service eve

I went to Absa at Mall @ Carnival to do a deposit. There were only 4 people in front of me in the line. There were three consultants of which one was helping the old aged people's line therefore leaving only two tellers for us. After a 15 minutes, one consultant left to go speak on the phone leaving only one. After a further 15 minutes I could not take it any longer as waiting 30 minutes while there are only four people in front of you is just not acceptable. I went to look for the branch manager who was not in his office. I found an Indian lady sitting a customer service counter who answered me that it is not her department. She directed me to another tall slim black lady who was the teller who went away. She was just sitting at the table doing nothing and after I complained she came in an irritated way to assist us and help the line go faster. We the. All heard her saying in an African language that we complaint and now she must work thinking we don't underrated African languages. This is jot the first time this branch has given such terrible service. It is per neatly under staffed and lack continuously lacks work ethic.
