So with all the advertising hype i changed to FNB as they offered better rates. i was promised the world. after being awarded a Private Client status i phoned 3 times to ask for assistance - had my Debit orders been confirmed, will my beneficiaries be loaded. i was told that a Private banker had 'surprisingly' not been assigned to me yet. they would contact me shortly with the persons name so i could deal with them direct. yet still i wait - How can we help you - mmmmm let me think? oh yes contact me and sort this out
