Arrangement made, triple deduction today

I made an arrangement with collections but today I see I have been debited twice and added to that, the extra arrangement amounts have also been debited. I am obviously furious... When I called in to African Bank, they told me they cannot do anything until the money reflects on their side. So basically, my other debits must go off AND bounce whilst they twiddle their thumbs.
