So much for assisting me!!

I am once again absolutely disgusted by the service received by African Bank. I made an arrangement with Gert Smith. Today I find that he did not keep to the arrangement. The money that is being deducted from my bank account is way more than what Gert confirmed it would be and on top of it it went of 6 days before the time. Im sory, but I wont be paying any fees for an unpaid debit order as this is not my fault. African Bank better get their act together and sort this out else I will be taking matters further.
