During the process of trading in my vehicle, I have requested information regarding processes, settlement amounts and general queries on my vehicle that was financed through BMW finance from Bhabha on many occasions.
Bhabha has always responded very quickly, with the information I requested, numerous settlement letters, contacts details, etc. On one day I got 10 email responses and always quick, helpful service.
I am not a fan of calling call centres and having the ability to send Bhabha an email and knowing that I will get a response is in my books excellent service. No automated email responses here.
