UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER!

I have made an arrangement with one of the call centre agents to pay R200 a month in order to settle my wonga loan account. This arrangement was accepted and even after the call, the banking details in which I had to make payment was sent to me via sms. This morning, R3303.45 was debited from my account!! I need that money refunded immediately please!! I cannot get through the month without that money!! I need it to be refunded today!! I've sent two emails and have been put on hold several times when trying to contact the call centre. I need that money today please!
