Dishonouring Arrangement and Lying to Customers

I made an arrangement to settle the loan in full by 02/12/2013, but something happened and around 20/11/2013 I phoned Wonga and made a new arrangement to settle my loan before 15/12/2013 which the consultant accepted and he explained to me that I will be getting SMS's and Emails but that I should just ignore them as I have an arrangement and that loans are only handed over when they reach 90 days no payment. On Saturday 07/11/2013 at 11:25 (35 days - Wonga offices closed) I got a call from Black Fox, the account has been handed over? What kind of service is this? Wonga to their customers and dishonours agreements! This is absolutely appalling and unacceptable! I will never again make use of their services nor will I recommend them to anyone! I settled the account on 07/12/2013, when I logged into the account on the internet today 08/12/2013 the account still shows and outstanding balance accumulating interest... This is HORRIBLE service!
