Bad service from capitec centurion mall

I could not withdraw money from my account because, as I was told by staff at capitec, it is dormant reason being that I have not used it for some time. I then went to the branch in centurion mall and was told that I should bring proof of residential address to activate it, without even bothering to explain that the proof should be fica compliant even though they had fica pamphlets on their desks. On 24/04/2013 at around 17h45 I presented my April electricity bill that clearly stated transactions that occurred in April. The billing happens on the 15th of every month and it will reflect an opening balance of zero for the next month. Just because There's the month "May" specified, according to them it is not a valid fica document. It is frustrating and causes lots of inconvenience in my life. The manager on the day "Maureen Maphosa", to my shock, is in agreement with the illogical conclusion reached by her staff. I've used the same electricity bill with another organisation and there was never a problem. My document is FICA compliant as it is not more than 3 months old. I fail to comprehend any logic by this bank. Saving myself from this level of service and will close my account asap
