Today I decided to switch banks and go over to FNB, i did the application online, and i was expecting to be called maybe after 48hrs or even after a week!
But, I received a call back within 3hrs!!!
and the FNB representative that called me, made me feel like I had just made the most important decision of my life.
Tshepo Matlou is a star. He is friendly and patient, even when we got cut off, he called me back within seconds.
