Opening of Makro trying to get authorization

Today was the opening of Makro Alberton, i stood in the cold since 2am this morning to get some stuff i need for my house. After waiting for 6hrs and finally getting inside i finally got everything i wanted. When i got to the paypoint i needed authorization for my payment. I am a premier banker with FNB and pay quite a bit monthly for services. I treid calling my banker and was on hold for 30 min and was told she in a meeting. I then asked to be assisted by anyone cause all i needed was authorization. I was told they will call me back when someone is available. After the long wait all morning my cellphone battery died. The Makro staff called FNB for authorization and they were told that i have to call them myself. At this point i was highly frustrated waiting for hours and getting all my stuff but could not pay. They said i had to leave everything as i could not call for authorization cause of a dead cellphone. I am very dissappointed in FNB as their motto is "How can we help you" but they never seem to do that... After this i will be moving to a different bank!!!
