I requested a withdrawal from my investment with discovery on 22 Nov, today is 11 Dec and i still have not received my money.
After talking to Nigel on 5 Dec i was promised by him on a recorded conversation that they money will be in my account by 10 Dec. They do not respond to my mails i have sent and they also have the nerve to tell me that my withdrawal was only activated on 4 Dec.
This is by far the worst decision i have ever made to invest my money with discovery. People out there please reconsider before you actually put your trust in this company as they do not deliver any customer service, they make empty promises and the best part is they do not take responsibility for their actions.
