I bought a HTC Sensation from FNB last year (Sometime) and the phone died from liquid damage.
After having a conversation with Markus he mailed me a claim form that I had to fill in and return to him (conversation was on 2013/02/14), and so I did and that was on 2013/03/07 and I have not received any feedback from him or FNB. I had connection issues and could not scan and email my claim form.
