I've been a client at absa for many years now. My first salary was deposited into my absa cheque account in Feb 1993. I have an existing bond, and an article 43 need to be done for my property to be registered on my name alone. The outstanding bond amount is R140 000 and I want the bond to be registered for R650 000. Never have a payment been skipped and normally I pay more than the amount I am suppose to. All the required paperwork was sent to the bond department about a month ago, and the reply I received last week was that It was declined. I now understand why many of my friends and family rather take their business to other banks. I would appreciate it if someone competent enough can help me regarding this matte
