Disgusted - R1255 down the drain

I am absolutely fuming. I'll start from the beginning. So I was due for a gyne appointment, but needed a referral letter from my GP as oneplan states. I visited my GP on Thursday morning the 18th, for a checkup. and got my referral letter (In plenty of time, as my gyne was only Monday the 22nd) I paid WITH MY ONE CARD at the GP. Oneplan states that If you do this, you DO NOT NEED TO SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT. My GP bill was R405. I paid the designated R240 with the onecard, and the remaining R165 with my own money. I did NOT send proof of payment, having been told numerous times it is not necessary. I mail my referral letter to get authorisation for specialist funds, only to be told I won't get it until I send proof of payment. I speak to countless consultants, who all promise to phone me back.. Nothing, every time. So my appointment arrives, 13h30 Monday - 13h25 I sit on hold, desperately trying to get the funds onto my card. Nothing. I fork out R1255 of my OWN MONEY! I immediately get back on the phone with oneplan. Countless consultants. Countless promises. Still I sit R1255 poorer. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If I do not recieve my refund of R1255, I shall be pursuing LEGAL ACTION.
