Oneplan is a joke!!! money from the poor!!! We can't afford I normal Medical-Aid so Oneplan seems to be the ONE, just by finding out that they have a lot of tricks to your money!! All complaints is more or less the same here on Hallo Peter!! In the 6months with them, only claimed twice, but the mission to send them proof of purchase is a joke!!! Do it step by step, to get sms not approved... so after all E-mails, phone calls waisting more money, you get nowhere... So then they want 2 claim the money back from you!!! Please investicate Oneplan!!! I cancelled my Depit Order, with bank!! You won't take one sent from me!!!
