Embarrasssed and disappointed

So there i was sitting in my dr's office and responding to questions like "what kind of a medical aid it this"? two days in a row for that matter! i requested to see a specialist, it was approved. i try to upload funds to pay when i get to the dr's room, but no funds. i call with my cellphone, and i hold for forever. i finally got answered and told the funds will be transfered in 10 min. no funds in 30 min, i call back and i hold till i get tired and drop the phone (dont wanna imagine my cellphone bill). the questions continue about about this medical aid thats sounds so doggy and my embarrassement continues.

im so disappointed i dont see why i should continue staying with oneplan. in Novemver 2012 i send a referal letter to see a dermatologist, to date i havent seen any response or authorisation from oneplan. i pay my montly premium and i still pay for my dr's visits. way to go one plan.

thank you for not helpin me. and please dont give me the ussual we are sorry story. just do your job, i do mine, i pay my premium. one more thing, i never wanna see these 1000 computer generated emails telling me about a case being opened yet i never get any help from you.
