Hippo's wasting your time

I am trying to get quotes for my new house and went to hippo.

After filling in the form I am faced with a error that I did not enter the suburb correctly and must pick from a drop-down list that will appear as I type, that never show. It does not matter what I do or how long I wait, there is no drop-down list showing.

Try to send a message to the hippo and what happen - a long error message that I do not have permission to use the gateway or server page or other stuff.

Hippo is a wast of my time and space. You can try your luck but I will not use them again.
