I assisted a client with a quotation as we have to rebroke her. The client was very unhappy where she currently covered at the moment as her increase due is quite a high one. Cindy our underwriter assisted me with the underwriting and the feedback th received from the client is wonderful to hear. She said she is very happy where we have now placed her cover as the underwriter assisted her in such a way that she understands everything and was very patient as well.
