In December my daughter bought me a blackberry 9380. The phone was overheating and loosing battery life. On enquiry we were told to take the phone to Cell C for repairs. the phone was handed in at Cell C Cresta and after 21 days of the run around to try and find out how far they were with the phone and then there staff not knowing how to check for a phone that have come back from been repaired, Only to find that the phone could not be repaired and i was given a new phone. But the new phone is a 9360 which in my opinion is a down grade. I was not even give a chose in the matter. I am highly disappointed. Was FNB notified of the swop? Is this a phone in the the same price range?
