I booked my phone for repairs, after two weeks without feedback i went to enquire about my phone's repair and i was told i would be receiving my phone in a day or two. and then later i receive a text saying that my phone was allocated a technician, only after my enquiry, and this happens after i book in my phone for the second time because the first time round non of the staff told me to switch off the find my iphone function, a week later the phone comes back not repaired. then i booked in again only for it to get looked at in two weeks later. now it's 21 days without a phone which is a integral part of my job.
