It hasn't been a month since my last complaint about the bad service standard bank has given me and already they are at it again... same issue nogal!! this time around, after making a cash payment using EFT, my account is still being debited for the same thing I've already paid for, on a date we NEVER agreed on!! I don't have a tree of money to pay for all these extra charges just because there are incompetent staff who do not know how to handle their affairs. I have had it!! I'm switching banks!
