I've been trying for the last 6 months trying to get Discovery Insure to refund my excess for a Window claim, which was paid over by them to the supplier. This is ridiculous that i hav eto keep on calling to follow up every 2 weeks and then have to explain the same old story to the call centre each time and forward copies each time. I dread the day that i would have to claim for something more serious than just a windscreen, I've been dealing with Ms Davids with phone calls and emails but its like contacting outer space.
