I requested a withdrawal of my policy two weeks ago for a family emergency... now the amount of time this is taking leaves me with a great concern ..i was already given the fund value ..why now am i being told that the value is being worked out... BY THE TIME THIS WHOLE THING IS SORTED OUT MY FAMILY AND I WILL BE ON THE STREET .thanks a lot old mutual... i wonder if my other policy is with the right people ..
