KathLeen pillay is a name I'll always remember. This is the name of the person who is responsible for making my dream a reality. I'm new home owner. I actually wanted to buy a house last year, a friend of mine introduced me to Kathleen who then helped me aPply for a home loan then the next day "bam" approved. Then my joy short lived turned into a nightmare with complications with the lawyers and property which was probably not Nedbanks business but there was Kathleen "shouting" at the lawyers. And getting things done. Through all my questions and queries she was there step by step. The bond was registered and its all thanks to her, I didn't even think I could receive such service being also a member of the organisation as well. Normally when you open an account with Tom, when you have issues you address them then they are resolved by Harry. Never once I felt like a nuisance, these days whenever any of my friends or colleagues inquire on taking a homeloan, I refer them to kathleen cause I truelly and honestly believe she knows what she is doing and she really "makes things happen".thanks Kathleen and Nedbank.
