I have been trying for a week to get a hold of someone at the call centre to have my overdraft limit decreased. I was told that i could have this done at the bank however, the only time available to do this is in my lunchbreak and the ques at the bank are shocking during this time. I was given a number from the bank to contact and when i call i am either forwarded to the incorrect department or i am told i can do this process using online banking but ironically enough the call centre is unable to assist and nor do they know of anyone who can apart from the actual bank. Can someone assist as i thought that FNB is an 'easy peasy' bank and almost everything can be done online? Why disappoint now???
