The grass is not greener on the other side

I hold my personal bank account with ABSA, but thought I would try out FNB for my new business- what a big mistake! They have moved to a new interface online and its completely filled with bugs. It was offline on Tues (16 July) and yesterday I was unable to successfully register my online profile. Today I spent another 1.5hrs at the bank and after 3 cards and pins we had no success. I couldn't stay at the bank ALL day to resolve this as I have a conf call, so now I will have to go in for the 3rd time this week to the bank and hopefully resolve this. In the mean time my company remains dormant as I cant EFT. Extremely frustrating and a painfully unproductive exercise. NOT what I had expected form the bank that wants everyone to switch? Maybe I should open my account with ABSA instead?
