On MY ACCOUNT for ZAR 100 000!!!

Yesterday I received a sms to say that ZAR 100 000, - had been removed from my cheque account. I did not do this transaction. When I called the FNB helpline I have been given a complete run around including being sent forms to fill in about ATM shutting down during transaction.

1) I want my money back
2) I want to know how FNB can allow my account to go in negative balance of ZAR 80 000, - when I have ZERO overdraft
3) How is it possible that a transaction of this size took place with zero check-set in place?
4) Is my bank account safe at FNB or do I need to move to another bank?
