I went to put some money on my daughter's Cash Card passport only to be told I needed the air ticket. Before leaving I confirmed that everything else was in order and that I could pay with my credit card. On my return I was told that no I could not use my particular credit card. I asked him to call the manager and some lady arrived who was equally as rude. Neither of these people have any customer relations skills - in fact they are downright rude. In this department you do not even get a good morning never mind a smile. Neither of them ever used the word "sorry" in my encounters with them. Last year the lady who served me was equally as ill mannered. They really give one the impression that they are doing you a favour. To top it all there is only ever one person in this department and if he/she is not there you merely sit and wait. I suggest FNB spend some money on sending their staff on a Public relations course rather than on all their advertising. I will never return to this department.
