Rude service

I went to pick up my credit card that I applied for on Saturday at Woolworths Fourways Mall. Was attended to by a very rude person who didn't even want to check if my card was there. After convincing her that my card was there (which it was) I was the very rudely told i needed a 3 months bank statement and proof of residence in order to get my card. I was told on the phone, I needed my ID and my security questions ready. So obviously I didn't have this with me, so i had to leave. What a waste of an hour.

Number 1 - I had to travel to Fourways which is such an inconvinience to get my card (I cant understand why my card cant be delivered to Woodmead or Morning Glen which is my main Woolworths centers)
Number 2 - That lady who served me was exceptionally rude and I got the idea that she didn't want to assist or go through the schlep of helping me.
