BAD SERVICE!!!

I want to take medical aid with essential med, i've been trying to get hold of Elize (the consultant)
through emails and phone calls but she does not respond. She emailed me the plans and said she'll
phone me so that we can discuss them, im still waiting till today. This has been going on from the 3rd January 2013 till today and i still dont have any application done. If you dont want my business i will take it somewhere
else.
