I layed a complaint recently with regards to one of your consultants Jonathan Davids. This morning two of his managers Sakkie and Tanya called me to try and resolve my dispute. Tanya was very calm in her dealing with me but Sakkie was getting very emotional and upset and I told him that I refuse to talk to him any further but will rather conclude the conversation with Tanya to which he threw the phone in my ear and that marked the end of our conversation. I dont know if as a manager he was not trained to deal with people who differs with but that was being plain rude in my opinion. I would like Sakkie to return my call so that we can put this matter to bed.
