FNB PROMISING STATEMENT - STILL WAITING!

I requested 3 weeks ago that FNB arrange to send me my HOME LOAN statement via e-mail or post. Winnie Makwe reverted back to me promptly and assured me it would be done. I have sent a number of e-mails but still nothing in the post or scanned to my e-mail address.
Can I please just get the statement!
