I went onto your website and registered for an overdraft and personal loan. Only someone from the personal loan department contacted me and told me I had to go into the bank with proof of address as it had changed after buying a house which you gave us the loan. He suggested that I take my offer to purchase in, which I did. The bank declined this as proof (I can't fica anything, every one needs prof of address to do so).
So I tried the call centre again. I was put through to various departments, no one answered the phones, the number didn't work, I was cut off and put on hold for 20 minutes.
Please fix your call centre and consultants, they are clueless and not helpful. I want information on overdraft and personal loan, and help with my proof of address. After all, you already have this info from the home loan!
