With standard bank for bad service

For two months standard bank has debitted my account twice, the first time I called and was informed that it was adressed. I had debits returned cause of that problem so today my son and I did not go to work/school because I cannot afford to buy our train tickets!!! Is it fair hey? I am so angry, this month I paid like 8000, instead of 4000, which is what I agreed to!!! I can't alow this to happen, I am such a loyal client and I hate incompetence staff!!!
