I contacted the service provider on Friday to get a confirmation of cover letter and Katlego was efficient, she managed to resolve th issue a matter of minutes where as the prvious agent could not even assist me, and eventually send to me wrong information. On Monday the 22 April 2013, I again contacted mi way at 08:30 to confirm if my previous vehicle was removed from my insurance which I had asked on Friday, the first agent said that they would call me in 30 minutes, it is now 12:00 and she has not called me. however I call the contact centre again at 10:30 and Katlego answered the call, she managed again to resolve my situation in 10 minutes whilst i was on the phone with and will assit me further with the refund of the premium as I have been billed fortwo cars now.
she is customer centric and efficient.

Katlego is an asset to the orgarnization and should be recognised fo this.
