On 1 March 2013, he went into the Festival Mall branch to enquire about the process re payment break or reduced payment for the home loan due to the 1 salary. A call was logged with head office and we where promised a 15 working days turn around time. To date, no one has called us. Must we first miss a payment and then we'll be called or what? We are trying to be responsible and pro active but not receiving the support from Standard Bank.
