I contacted Outsurance for a better insurance premium and if they cant beat my current insurance on my motor vehicle they advertise that they would pay me R400.00. They quoted me more than what I currently pay for my motor vehicle insurance, and they said that they will send me a mail and then pay me R400.00 after they confirmed my current premium. I'm still waiting for the mail and the 1st time I contacted them was in Nov'12. I did phone them on another 3 occasions and every time they said they will send me a mail. I'm still waiting and did confirm with them that my e-mail address is correct. I'm sick of hearing the advert on radio and this did not just happened to me but 2 of my friends as well. I think its time for some one to inform the public that this is nothing but a marketing.
