POOR REPAIR SERVICE

I am totally disappointed with real people, My cell Phone was collected on the 3rd of January 2014 i have called them to ask on how far is the repair going i have spoken to Funeka, Sheryl, Randy, and Angelica i even tried to speak to the Manager which is always busy DION VAN SCHALK WYK,

Randy said that the phone is with UTI i called UTI with waybill number (UTM12484008/2 and spoke to Ernest, Which was a cause he referred me back to real people and said that there's nothing to be delivered.

Instead of real people doing the follow up of customers, we need to do it ourselves which is extra cost on phone calls and time.

According to the CPA a repair should take 21 working days that means I should have the phone back by the 28th of January 2014.

My Last feed back from Angelica is that she will get back to me which I'm still awaiting feedback based on current service who knows when that will be.?
