I cancelled my policy on my Audi that I sold in February. Outsurance advised that I will receive my refund beginning March. On 25 Feb I phoned to confirm this. Apparently Outsurance have no records of me cancelling my policy early (only on 1 March). Outsurance said they will listen to all the voice calls to confirm. I haven't received any feedback. I phoned twice last week to inquire about the situation. Every time the consultant promise that a supervisor will return my call. I'm still waiting. I demand that a manager phone me today, after he had listened to ALL my voice recordings for February. I want clearance on this situation. It's not a lot of money, but there's a principle involved and I want proper service from Outsurance. Stop advertising service, rather deliver service.
