My wife and I are buying a bakkie and the finance was approved by ABSA and they assured us that everything will be in order to take delivery today. I went ahead and added the new bakkie to my insurance policy and will be charged from today. The finance was approved last week already but the dealership is still awaiting the contract??? And now all of a sudden no one knows who the person is that is working on the contract??? This is terrible service as both my wife and I had to take leave from work to go fetch the vehicle and will have to take leave AGAIN now to go and do it when ABSA decides to someday send the contract to the dealership...
