On the 20th of March 2013, I had a accident with my 3 month old Mercedes. A buck ran in front of my car. A lot of damage. I was devastated. I have only been with Dotsure for 3 months as well. I phoned them at 4.25 the morning. They responded so quickly and calming me down. A tow truck was called out.By 9 that same morning all the necessary forms was completed. This was really the best service ever from any insurance company!!! Not only that, their fees are super! Kenita Rabilal you are the best!! Thank you for listening to all the crying over the phone.
