Good day, On 5 May I filed the complaint below. I asked for a statement and a contact person to discuss settlement. I received the statement but when I emailed back to ask for a contact person to speak to, I received no further response. This is really annoying!!!

Good day,
My complaint is in connection with my credit card account. I am trying to get up to date statement information as I would like to pay the account off and need a contact person to deal with. I have been trying to email Bluebean for over a week and they are not responding to my emails.
